In this wildly popular keynote, Matt creatively spins the popular DISC Behavioral Model into a highly-interactive discussion that teaches audience members how to effectively identify and speak the language of each of the four behavior styles in a manner that delivers tried and true results. A favorite of sales and customer service teams in all types of industries. Presentation can be delivered in 45-minute, 75-minute, or 90-minute formats.

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
Carried out via video conferencing (Zoom, Webex, etc.) or in person, participants are coached by Matt on any and all aspects of communication and/or public speaking that pertain to their specific professional goals. 70-minute sessions are purchased in packages of four, seven, or ten, and can be divided up as desired amongst team members within a single organization.
